carnivore cheesy chicken crust pizza with ricotta

Updated: Mar 3

Who said carnivores can't have pizza? One of the easiest and most delicious carnivore friendly pizza recipes you can make!

Over the years, I have tried many low carb, keto, and carnivore pizza recipes and this is by far my family's favorite!

So cheesy and full of fat. I promise you won't miss the dough!

When I came up with this recipe I was on a mission to create the best carnivore approved pizza. I'm always looking for ways to create my family's favorite dishes carnivore style! I wanted something that didn't just look like pizza, but also tasted like it! This recipe has all the best pizza ingredients - CHEESE & MEAT - without all the carbs and no plant ingredients except for a little oregano which is totally optional. This pizza has a crispy outer crust, because it's loaded with mozzarella cheese that I sprinkle around the outer edges. Baking it at a high temperature also helps make it crispy.

  5. Remove the crust from the oven and top with the ricotta cheese, then the mozzarella cheese, and lastly add your favorite toppings. You can add oregano or Italian seasonings if you desire.

  6. Put the pizza back in the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes at 425°F. Bake until slightly brown on top and around the outer edges for a crispy pizza crust! Rest the pizza on a cooling rack for 5-10 minutes before cutting. Voila! Your pizza is ready.

I hope you enjoy this pizza as much as my family does! If you try this recipe, I'd love to hear how you like it. Please share your feedback in the comments.
