The holy grail of low carb breads! Easy to make and contains no flour, grains, or gluten.
This is one of my family's favorite low carb breads that is made with all animal ingredients. It's kid friendly and great for sandwiches or french toast. It also browns when toasted or grilled in a pan with butter. This bread is very versatile! You can easily add other ingredients to it like cheddar cheese, bacon, or even cinnamon to switch up the flavor or make it more like a dessert.

Carnivore Soul Bread
If you've been doing a carnivore or ketogenic diet you will most likely have these ingredients on hand. The beef gelatin powder replaces the xanthan gum that is in most traditional soul bread recipes and acts as a thickener.
12 oz cream cheese softened
1/2 cup butter melted
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
1 2/3 cup unflavored whey protein powder
1/4 tsp sea salt
For this recipe you will need a food processor and loaf pan. If you don't have a food processor you can use a hand mixer. This recipe is difficult to execute well without one of these kitchen appliances because the whey powder won't incorporate well without it.
Preheat the oven to 350 F. Grease the bottom and side of a 9 x 5 loaf pan with butter, ghee, lard, or tallow.
Add the cream cheese, butter, eggs, and heavy whipping cream to a large food processor. Pulse on high until blended being sure to scrape the sides.
Add the remaining ingredients and pulse on high until well incorporated being sure to scrape the sides. The mixture will have a batter like consistency.
Pour the batter into the greased loaf pan. Bake in the oven for 35-40 minutes or until golden brown on top and tooth pick is clean when inserted and removed.
Cool for 5 minutes on a baking rack and then remove from the pan. Enjoy!
